[UW-GIS-L] Use of ESRI add-on

Hi all,
Is anyone else not able to access the instructions for checking out a
license for ArcGIS Desktop?

I have installed ArcGIS Desktop and am at this step- I read the tutorial a
while ago and don't remember what to do next. Any help would be appreciated:
