[UW-GIS-L] Use of ESRI add-on

Another issue I'm running into is that I can't follow the instructions for
ArcGIS Pro either. I get to step 3 in this tutorial and then get stuck with
an error saying they are out of licenses: ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Software
(uw.edu) <https://sites.uw.edu/arcgis/software/arcgis-pro/>
What should I do?
