[UW-GIS-L] ARCGis License Not working

[Phil Hurvitz]

I just installed ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2 on a computer physically located 
on campus. I can verify that ArcGIS Administrator has these license 
servers listed:

lic-arcgis.gis.washington.edu;lib-licensing.lib.washington.edu;lib-licensing2.lib.washington.edu

ArcMap and ArcCatalog started without incident.
