[UW-GIS-L] ARCGis License Not working

Hello Dr. Keith Hullenaar,

Our license servers are serving licenses between version 10.1 -> 10.8 (regular version) and 1.4 -> 2.8 (Pro version).
We only upgrade our servers once per year and it is generally between August and September once we receive the instruction to down load the provision files from Luke Rogers.

If you wish to use our license servers, you  have to install the older version.  Luke Rogers and/or Phil Hurvitz know much more about the ArcGIS licensing than we do.

It says that Incorrect Version of License Manger running on "lib-licensing...". Please connect to a License Manager running Flex LM version 11.18

I am following this guide to obtain an on-campus license for ARCGIS: https://sites.uw.edu/arcgis/software/arcgis-desktop/arcmap/on-campus/. However, when I enter the address for the license manager (i.e., lic-arcgis.gis.washington.edu<http://lic-arcgis.gis.washington.edu>;lib-licensing.lib.washington.edu<http://lib-licensing.lib.washington.edu>;lib-licensing2.lib.washington.edu<http://lib-licensing2.lib.washington.edu> ; I also tried the addresses separately), it returns that the "lic-arcgis.gis.washington.edu<http://lic-arcgis.gis.washington.edu>" does not have a valid license manager.


How do I license my ArcGIS?
