At the risk of sounding snarky, you may want to look into a VPN service, or
something akin to that (ex. an ssh jump host).
FWIW, ProtonVPN has a free tier: https://protonvpn.com/pricing
There are loads of options. I just happen to have looked that one up
recently.
Needless to say, that will also help when you inevitably run into similar
issues elsewhere.
