Hi There,
providing what might be a place to check.
When I went through setting my gmail alpine, the person hosting that door
and I discovered that google will send some information via another
method.
In settings, perhaps notifications or security?
There is an option to have google call you with the code, or text you
with the code.
I chose a call..with a rather dreadful voice providing the key that way.
Hope this is helpful,
Karen
