[Alpine-info] Gmail to Mbox format

If you use Alpine for accessing the Gmail mail you can also create a local
mailbox on your computer and copy the messages from Gmail to local
mailbox.
For alpine on Linux and FreeBSD mbx format is faster than mbox format, and
it also possible to access the maibox with two alpine processes at the
same time, if needed. I have no experience of Alpine on Windows, but I
would expect the same to be true there.
