[UW-GIS-L] Request help addressing an Error "here is not enough space in your online account to upload the package"

Hi,

My name is Angela Kitali, and I am a faculty member in civil engineering at UW Tacoma. This quarter, I am teaching a GIS class, and I'm encountering a recurring issue when I try to package and upload a Map Package from ArcGIS Pro on my computer to ArcGIS Online. I receive the error message: "There is not enough space in your online account to upload the package." I am requesting your assistance in resolving this issue, as both I and my previous students were able to complete this task without any problems in previous years. This functionality is critical for the learning experience in my class.
