All versions of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and earlier are affected. ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 is unaffected. Esri has been releasing a series of patches since June 2024, to resolve this issue. All ArcGIS Enterprise deployments accessed through Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge must install these patches as soon as possible to avoid service interruptions. Customers who are running a version of ArcGIS Enterprise that is in Mature Support or retired should immediately start planning to upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3. Please visit the Technical Support site for the latest information. More information will be added when it becomes available. Please contact Esri Technical Support or your Esri account manager if you have additional questions. -Luke *please note I am not in the office on Fridays.
