[UW-GIS-L] New UW Campus License to Planet.com

Hi all,

Some good news for this sunny Friday: The UW Libraries is excited to announce that we have started a campus license to Planet.com, giving UW faculty, staff, and students access to Planet.com's Earth-observation satellite data. Planet provides daily satellite imagery of Earth's land surfaces and coastal areas, and captures over 300 million square kilometers of imagery each day. Thank you to those in the UW GIS community who provided feedback on Planet.com as we were considering this license.
