The 7th Annual UW GIS Symposium is three weeks away: Thursday, May 25, 2023.
We are excited to announce that Matthew Rogers from the UW Climate Impacts Group will be our featured speaker and will highlight CIP's Climate Mapping for a Resilient Washington tool.
Additionally, we are grateful to the Center for Studies in Demography and Ecology for funding refreshments!
We are still looking for a few more UW students, faculty and staff to give quick lightning talks on their GIS-related research or other geo-visualization projects. Proposal submission details are available here: https://www.lib.washington.edu/commons/events/gis-2023.
This year's event will be in-person at the UW Libraries' Research Commons.
