Hi Roger,

Thank you for the timely response.
I have placed the requirst, but my ArcGIS online account shows that I still have the 100 credit, assigned by default. I may be unable to use the analysis tools due to role limitations? and if so, is the request for credit sufficient to activate the analysis tab?

Hi Everyone,



I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Urban Design and Planning.

I have less than a 1000 trip points that I am trying to calculate travel time for, using traffic data for the use. For this purpose, I am trying to use the "connect origins to destinations" tool from ArcGIS Online, but the analysis tab is not activated on my UW account!



Is there any way to activate it through a UW license? I came across the credits specifications here, and from my understanding I can request credits to be filled into my account. I would appreciate any help on both estimating how many credits I need and to how I can place this request:
