[UW-GIS-L] ArcGIS Online Credits

Hi Everyone,

I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Urban Design and Planning.
I have* less than a 1000 trip points *that I am trying to calculate travel
time for, using traffic data for the use. For this purpose, I am trying to
use the "connect origins to destinations" tool from ArcGIS Online, but the
analysis tab is not activated on my UW account!

Is there any way to activate it through a UW license? I came across the
credits specifications here, and from my understanding I can request
credits to be filled into my account. I would appreciate any help on both
estimating how many credits I need and to how I can place this request:
