[UW-GIS-L] ARC GIS Map for PowerBI tool

Hi Keiji,

The question to me is where the licensing occurs. If it is on the Esri 
end (i.e., our Office supports this and we need to get authorization on 
the Esri end) we can follow up with Esri. If licensing is on the Office 
end (i.e., Esri supports it but we need auth from MS/Office), then we 
need to follow up with UW-IT.

Based on the error message "Your organization has disabled use of ArcGIS 
Maps for Power BI" it seems like the latter.

UW-IT likes to redirect any question about Esri software to Luke or me 
regardless of anything else. In this case I think it would be worthwhile 
for you to follow up with UW-IT.
