[UW-GIS-L] lib-licensing2 will be down at 3:30PM

Hello all,

We need to work on lib-licensing2 host, and it has to be rebooted three times.  To avoid confusion, we would like to take lib-licensing2 down for that duration.
Lib-licensing still continue to be up during that time.  We will send out the all-clear message after we are done.  Estimate outage for that machine is 20 minutes.
