[statnet_help] Residual effect of prior ties

Hi, Simon -

It may be useful to remember that you can define any lag effect of any
complexity, or with any mix of prior states, using one or more
appropriately designed edgecov terms.  The past is always a covariate to
the present, as thus are functions of the past history.
