I am currently trying to use a lower resolution of 100 kb BED file as genomedata input. Because genomedata archives generated using the 100 kb resolution are still in bp resolution, it leads to inaccurate Segway results. I have attempted using the --resolution=100000 flag, but it invoked an ASCII error indicating that the sequences' length exceeds the maximum. I am wondering if there are any Segway flags for training using low-resolution data or any suggestions on dealing with low-resolution data. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
