[Alpine-info] Can I Change A Working Directory While in Alpine?

Hi All: In addition to my questions this morning, I wonder if there are ways of 
switching my current directory while in an Alpine session? Sure, I suppose I 
could suspend-and-cd somewhere, then fg to resume. In LYNX I can use a capital 
C to change dirs. If not, maybe please consider as a wishlist item. Thanks in 
advance.
