[Alpine-info] making links active in alpine?

Hi all,
Here is what I mean.
I have been sent a file from a digital sign location skyslope.
In one install of alpine, following the link works..but takes me to 
cloudflare.
In another install, supporting my gmail account, I cannot get the links to 
work from the keyboard.
Is there a way in alpine to influence this, or is it a browser thing?
