[Alpine-info] NULL ice in paint_index_line

Its also interesting, sometimes in my Fastmail  folder, when this starts, I 
notice several duplicate messages. So I think I remember a 2nd group following 
the first, so if there are 5 messages, 6-10 are dupes. My main mailbox never 
has these.
